Ostu Pizzeria Gourmet in Poirino (TO) stands out for its philosophy of using exclusively local artisanal products, starting with the ORGANIC tomato for the pizza sauce, produced in-house in collaboration with local farms.

The pizzas are the fruit of the creativity and passion of pizza chef Fabio Furini, who continually experiments with new combinations with the best local ingredients. At his side is Paolo Furini, sommelier, who offers unique and studied wine-pizza combinations.
A great achievement for Pizzeria Ostu in Poirino: its entry into Gambero Rosso's exclusive 2024 Pizzeria Guide of Italy, with the recognition of two out of three segments.
Gourmet pizzas, gastronomic focaccias, panelle and brioche: these are the specialties that earn Ostu this prestigious recognition. A certificate that rewards the quality of the raw materials used, the commitment and passion of the master pizza chef and the creativity of the chef.
