Plastering Foundation Footings with Waterproof Base Mortar

Protecting the base / foundation footings of your building is very important especially given most locations in Accra tend to have high levels on water in the ground.

Hi. I think you will still have damp travelling up the walls due to capillary action.
An appropriately applied DPC barrier would help.
