Is it possible to search for available land or properties for sale properties in Rwanda online without going to 100+ real estate agency sites? Like a centralised site/resource, whether government or private - like most countries and cities elsewhere have some well known sites that one can check and the real estate agents are there posting: as opposed to checking 100+ different real estate agency sites. Is there a site/something like this in Rwanda you can recommend?

I just came across this video and I just want to ask you about the maximum Size of the Residential land foreigners can purchase in Rwanda.
I heard some people say it’s 500sqm.
Some say it’s 400sqm and some others say it’s 300sqm.
and what if a foreigner wants to buy a house that it’s built on the bigger land like 480SQM or more, is that possible?
Do you have any idea about this?

Maximum is 500...majority is around 300 depending where you buy. Those tend to be already spilt. If you are buying a home and it is on land then it will be sold as it is...because it is already separated and labelled as is. Have to check with the district land office to confirm
