Watched this 4-5 times now, love Nikita and how he takes his life mentality into the ring and just steam rolls opponents, he’s a smart fulla, we all can benefit from watching him
It’s refreshing that Nikita has a hands on approach to day to day living including preparing
his own food compared to being a man about town.
Pre-salt your meat the night before, use a meat thermometer to get desired cook temp and rest your large cuts of meat longer (allow a gap in the foil to avoid steaming) and you won’t get those grey bands. Amazing that you go to this effort and take responsibility for your own diet as most big time pro’s seem to have chefs and dieticians nowadays. Great stuff love to see it 🙌

Awesome video 🙌🏾 nice to see what a good & respectable man Nikita has turned out to be. I first remember him from down at the Australian amateur boxing titles in tazzy 2012 -NSW team, just a kid mucking round with the other lads, a young George Kambosses & Jai Opetaia there too. Have a lot more respect for him from hearing about his way of life in cooking, living, creating things etc. Hope some of the other young ppl see this and get motivated to do similar. Big Respect for the Tszyu family 🥊💯👍🏾

I am very lucky my Son is so similar to Nikita we both had a laugh at this video as it was like watching my Son. We both have the utmost respect for Nikita and Tim Firstly to there mum what an amazing job she has done big shout out to her... and to the other guiding lights in there lives well done keep it up. and Lastly Nikita i would love to come have a meal at your place with my Son........No organs though haha keep shining mate cheers
