I have Rahu in Vishakha Pada 3 in the 5H and Ketu in Bharani Pada 4 in the 11H. The house positions repeat in D9 but Rahu is conjunct Mercury in Taurus and Ketu is in Scorpio. I’m definitely not an ambitious person. This has been a theme since my early life and I was even criticized for that. This Nakshatra is ruled by Jupiter (which is in Pisces 10H and is also my star lord since my Moon is in Punarvasu) and the Pada 3 is ruled by Mercury (which is in Capricorn 8H and is also my Lagna lord since I’m Gemini Asc). My thirst is literally for knowledge specially related to the occult and spirituality PLUS communication outlets. I can be competitive and have a sharp tongue if people push my buttons but I could care less about mansions, expensive cars, clothes and material stuff that most women would die for. I’m actually a minimalist (everything that I own in terms of personal items fit in two backpacks), lol.

you talked a bit about how nakshatra placements determine the position of planets in the d9. If we are to look at the d9 as an analytical tool for determining the true dignity of a planet, and that the d9 can be used in various techniques such as overlapping and marriage consultation, then can a person look at nakshatras as having their own form of yogas and aspects made solely through degrees- which are represented in the d9? If so, what exactly is the nature of these yogas and aspects and how do they impact the birth chart?
also, since nakshatras determine the placement of the d9 then don't nakshatras and their padas have dual sign properties? for instance magha is located in leo in the birth chart, but planets that are in its first pada end up in aries in the d9, moving 9 places. Wouldn't then Magha pada 1 have D1 Leo, D9 Aries with 9 house placement type of energy? How should one approach studying nakshatras and their qualities? Is this an accurate way of assessing the true nature of a nakshatra?
What would be a good remedy for this kind of obsession (Rahu) with "wanting to get more and more" (2nd house) ?

Thanks Mr. Kapiel for explaining this. I am having Rahu in Vishakha in pada 3 in Libra with Venus 10 degree in the 11th House. Presently my Mercury mahadasha is running who is sitting in the 1st house, but I am really getting worried as coming november my Venus antardasha will be starting. And my previous experience about Venus antardasha is not so good. I am thinking what chaotic situation I am going to face as venus is woth the Rahu energy. But one thing I must say a major transformation within me in last couple of years I am feeling, that I am gradually get inclined towards the path to make my footprints in this world. Perhaps I meant to say in my little world through my keen interest in writing. Now I just want to do something only which is good.

wow, Raunik, I have the same picture (Ra+Gu in Thula, 8-th bhava) it may mean many things at one time, but it's hard to be exact. It's you who can see it clearly. One of the best things of Ra+Gu or Guru-chandala yoga is being a guru for people of low mentality, to help them grow and rise. And if this yoga happeds in the 8-th bhava this person could teach ezotheric disciplines like Jyotish, Hatha-yoga and so on. The 7-th Rashi - Thula brings the partnership orientation in given situation (teaching chandals).

Jupiter is quite weak in Libra rashi, in 8-th house, but Guru is still a benefic planet. The injury depends more of Kethu's position.
It's could be a nice mahadasha of Ketu, because he brings the renunciation tendency and give a desire of moksha (liberation), he can make a person self-sufficient and independent.

You should see Kapiel's interview of Vic Di Cara and also read Vic's book on Nakshatras where he has tried to break the misconception that nakshatras are controlled by planets. Nakshtras are different energy sources which are controlled by specific deities or power sources and not planets as such !!
+Deepak Tripathy I saw that video, but it's just Vic dicara who says like that. Everybody who came on Kapiel's channel has there own opinion according to there research. I can't go with what one person says and change opinion to what other person says. As long as Kapiel didn't acknowledged the fact that Nakshatras are not controlled by planets, I am still taking it as if they are controlled by planets. Anyway I appreciate you to explain it, in fact somewhere I also thought that Vic had a point, but unless I see some more astrologers talking on these nakshatras I still take planets control Nakshatras.
