So I don't have the ITR for last 2 year, I gan get my father's ITR for this year . I just want to confirm that is it compulsory to have ITR for last year? Although my family income is less than taxable income for paying income tax. I just asked the VFS office Mumbai they said to provide bank statement, I need a confirmation please.

Hello di, my family income is more than what is required for need based scholarships but I would only get a permission to go abroad if I get the scholarship. Is there any way I could arrange for the certificates through some other means?
Hi so you can’t calculate if you are eligible just on basis of income , other factors are also considered like no of family members, their income , property , country so I will still suggest to apply for scholarship .

All scholarships provide overall same amount of benefits . Sometime they include food and accommodation and give rest money and sometimes they give money left after deducting accommodation and food
