Japan always has good discipline teams in these international tournaments at every level. The fact that discipline is a cultural thing within that country in football is like the fourth most popular sport in that country they will have very competitive teams. Which actually makes sense because they beat the United States a few times.

@@RizeUp8083 they also, have high school, college leagues, and a draft into their professional league which is pretty good. Probably the top league outside of the stats and Canadian football league. As far as I know, no other country has the same system as the US uses. Most countries are club teams like and they have teams like a soccer league would. So, they’re clubs and practice like two to three times a week cause they don’t associate with schools. The states are all pretty much school run past Pop Warner level and have everything needed to grow and get better. Weight rooms, all week training, etc. club teams are usually funded by the city/country and Most club teams get no funding cause their country doesn’t care about it or understand it. Although, football in the Europe is growing. Not super fast, but it’s becoming more popular. Especially, since the Olympics put flag football as a sport for LA 2028. Now countries are funding them. Long story short. Japan is doing it like Americans and nobody else is.

How many Australians play American football? I would imagine around 10,000. Australia plays more football cotes than any other country but I never new we had a team who played this sport.
Now football codes I know Australia plays. Soccer, AFL-Australian rules, Rugby Union, Rugby league, NFL, Gaelic football.

To be fair though American Football is way down the pecking order of sports to play down here. You have Rugby League, Rugby Union, Australian Rules, Soccer, Cricket and Basketball all competing, and winning, to appeal to youth participants. Japan has over 400 teams, Australia about 70.
