LOVE it. I often have trouble with the CS distorting in shape if I cut it first before dry embossing, so I usually emboss first and cut out the tag or shape afterwards, but the one you did here looks perfect!!!
I think either way would work but I have noticed a little shape shifting in the post emboss look!
The embossing folder is perfectly cool for this tag. Love how the star is around the swirls~ super cool!!!

I recycle last years cards into tags so this has given me same great ideas for making them a bit fancier. The only trouble with texture is you can't write on the tag 😉
Love that! But yes, you'd have to use a big chunky pen, like a brush marker. Or… just adhere a tiny tag on the back with the to and from!
you can just emboss one corner, or top and bottom corners, add a stamp in the middle, eg merry Xmas, that leaves just enough room on the back to write a message. Or you do a length ways double tag ( I downloaded a template,) emboss one end, then fold in half and glue the two sides together. I can put the link to the template if you like. I am new to embossing, racked my brain to work out how to do it.
