Misa and Akane remind me of Entwistle and Moon, locked in step yet able to dance around the edges of chaos while keeping it all in the groove , fcking phenomenal 🤯 Ten years of creating and performing together is obvious, BM is seamless . Welcome to the Pigeon hole. It is such a wonderful trip, isn't it? I hope you get the see them live, they give an amazing show. I get to see them in THREE DAYS!!! I am hoping that they play this one live. This song was a great one to turn up and feel in your chest.
Yes, Shambles is the Akane show with special guest stars Kanami, MISA, Saiki and Miku. But wait! Was it really the Kanami show, because she wrote the song and played it with such forcefulness and exquisite abandon. Or was it the MISA show because without MISA, the rapturous drive of the song would be a ride on four flat tires. Or was it the Saiki show because she focused the sonic chaos into a song with melodies that could express Miku's lyrics like no other singer could. Without Saiki, Shambles might sound like a familiar instrumental. Or was it the Miku show because, damn, she wrote the lyrics, played the important rhythm parts, and added her unique brand of backup vocals that have become a defining "sixth instrument" of Band-Maid. So exactly whose show was it? It was the Maid's show, as usual! 🤘🎀🤘 Thx, Ross!

Congrats on being here for your first new release! They announced tour dates in Japan for next year and there definitely appears to be a couple two month gaps that might point to a European tour.
Band maid brought be back into hard rock, I had pretty much given up on the genre years ago until them, their talent is unreal and they write this music. This had a similar video aesthetic to Dice if you have not seen the MV. Dont worry, band maid have no bad songs, They have well over 100 of them and not many groups can claim to have no misses. Their early 3 albums or so, they did not write, the songs are still great, no misses at all but there is a clear jump in awesomeness once they took over writing everything. One thing you may not know is Cluppo, that is just Miku by herself doing more Jpop than Jrock, you should check that out also. I have seen band maid live, they are as incredible as you are seeing when you watch the live videos.

Shura-do is a world governed by anger and pain, where Asuras are living, always angry and fighting for victory forever.

BM do a LOT of instrumental work. They have a track record of writing incredible instrumental songs- there are 3 big ones- starting with Onset- wrote to give Saiki a break from singing mid set!
