This could have been a good video but the camera angel showed only hands and elbows in the way. Hope you will re do this
All I see are elbows in the way of how to truly assemble. Put your camera above the unit so to see parts being removed & replacement
You guys should be commended for your attempts but you are leaving things out! Specifically the removal and installation of the gear on the outer shaft which drives the forward prop. Please rerecord and resubmit for us, thanks guys!

Are the thrust washers optional? I went from a German tech to marine 20 years ago for a reason. 😂
