- In 2009, Mike Rousselle was seriously injured in a workplace accident. In this video, Mike, his wife, and his employer share his difficult and inspiring journey of recovery and return to work. This is the first video in a series of stories about the experiences of injured workers and their return to work.

You are absolutely an inspiration, Mike! You are so right - it is all in the attitude. I watched my brother struggle following severe electrical burns, and I have some idea of the fortitude it takes to continually make that choice to keep looking forward and adjusting to your new normal. This has me in tears I work on those utility poles as well and it really is truly inspiring what us men will do for our familys. God bless you brother
