Thank you for making another tutorial that actually tells me what the heck is happening. This tutorial series is literally the first one that I have understood.
same. Alot just brush over what something does, and moves on to the next concept. They then tell you, we will get into the rest later... you then had to dive through stack overflow to find someone else having the same problem, and a comment that clearly explained why it went wrong, rather than just X is bad, should be Y. Spike however is explaining each concept in full before moving on, why things are structured the way they are, and what the language is doing with the code. All with real world concepts as visual aids. I wish this was around when I first started to code.

For beginners programming can feel like trial and error instead of logically solving problems and having these fundamentals explained allows for less trial and error and more actual coding making the experience much more enjoyable.
