Where did you get the chrome strips that’s under the grill on top of the bumper? It’s the chrome strip between grill & bumper?

I’m trying to find a definitive honest answer How is the Light output “with multiple sections of the billet bar covering the headlights. I’m About to do this on my 95” s10 but some people I know that do custom lighting and build acrylic lenses and projector lights are close too talking me out of it . I daily drive the 95 and also at night but I also have New 4x6 sealed beam projector lights . I just def don’t wanna loose the output and light clarity if the bars get in the way too the point it’s a hassle too see or it breaks up the beam pattern
Can you explain what to expect with the light beam and pattern at night
