Launched way back in 2005, the Halad Inasal Festival sa Talisay showcased the beautiful costumes, props and floats in the streets of Talisay. Paired with lively music and Inasal or Lechon designs, the Festival invites people not just to watch the dance or the props but it invites tourists and locals alike to taste their world class Inasal. The festival is also offered to the City's patroness St. Teresa de Avila. Unsa pay gi dugayan? Dali na Mag Halad Inasal na kita!
