Mehmet Karlı, Galatasaray Lisesi’ni, ardından Galatasaray Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi’ni bitirdi. Yüksek Lisans ve Doktora çalışmalarını Oxford Üniversitesi’nde yaptı. Galatasaray Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi’nde uluslararası hukuk, uluslararası ekonomi hukuku ve insan hakları hukuku dersleri veriyor.

After graduating from Galatasaray High School Mehmet Karlı completed his law degree in Galatasaray University. Then he completed his graduate and doctorate degrees in Oxford University. He is currently teaching International Law, International Law of Economics and Human Rights Law courses in the Law Department of Galatasaray University.
