TBH I'm disappointed. Summer '24 looks bad. Gonna watch S02 of Café Terrace and ~2 trash-isekai / fantasy stuff.
The biggest plus on this list is surely Oshi No Ko S02 - anime I'm not into.
But summer this year brings also: legendary Kimi ni Todoke S03 (after 13 years!!!), Seirei Gensouki S02 and Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon S02.
Moreover autumn looks more fun! Arifureta S03 and DanMachi S05 will rule the world!
Not a fan of TTYBW? Part 3 is supposed to drop this summer and the finale will be in the winter. Maybe we'll get another goofy one like the Vending Machine one? 🤣

Look it's been a while we need Claymore Season 2 😢 I know it's never going to happen ,but still it's an honorable mention.
That wouldn't happen. But it would be nice to see someone tackle it again and tell the manga story instead of an anime only filler ending. Same thing is true of Gantz. Sure would be nice to see someone take a crack at doing both series again from the start and doing it properly.
Yeah, Claymore would deserve a reboot from a good studio, they are doing totally useless reboots to perfectly fine originals (or even better ones than the R.B.s) and awfull garbage too. And ignoring obvious botched projects that just NEED the fix.

Also heard through the grape vine that 'My Dress-Up Darling' season 2 will start later his year. But I don't know if the first episode of the 2nd season will be airing, or it starts to go into production.

I was all excited about seeing an anime with a cute chubby elf girl... And its about her losing weight... well that's off my watch list.
12:12 The sarcasm is strong in this one. It's been few seasons, watching paint dry has been more entertaining than anime. Inbefore people mention frieren as if it wasn't even worse than a typical shoujo in every metric imaginable. (btw if you liked the whole spiel around immortal elves perceiving time differently, check out 'Growing Tired of the Lazy High Elf Life After 120 Years', only 30 chapters, way better writing, story is simply packed with more detailed sub plots depicting this concept.)

Fantastic archetypal story, we looove it.

Most looking forward to Oshi No Ko 2, Suicide Squad Isekai, Cafe Terrace Season 2, and Elf Can't Be on a Diet.... which I remember hearing about last year under the title "Plus Sized Elf". Guessing that might be the title of the manga it's being adapted from? Anyway, looks to me like a fantasy version of How Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift, and hoping it has that kind of sexy comedy vibe.
Also calling it now when the Dieting Elf makes it's debut, Twitter, Tumblr and Reddit will be kicking up a shitstorm, CRYING the show is "fatphobic" 🤪😝
