Julianne san Jose slayed it! Love her. Love Philippines. She's not the high-note type but her voice is so clean powerful with sweetness at the same time.
That Philippine woman sang it perfectly. Her accent and just a simple accompaniment of instrument made her voice stood out among other 3 singers.
Storm Philippines have both Spanish and English tounges since it's been colonized by Spain and America but the vocal is more outstanding than the accent.
In asia it is easy to identify which country that person live base on his/her accent but when you talk to a Filipino.. nah! Mostly are good on adopting accent.
