Basically the quadratic formula is also called Sridhar Acharya's formula..as an Indian student I can say that I learnt the concept of graphs in grade 8. In fact we have board exams in India that includes all the subjects that we learn in the 10 th grade. Literally the syllabus is huge. But our 11 th grade and 12 th grade syllabus is Paacific ocean.
We are doing the cumulative assignment tomorrow and I really needed to review all the material we learned over the year. I'd have done it earlier, but I thought we would be doing this next week! Yeah this isn’t exactly what’s taught in 10th grade. This is the lowest level a person could be while in 10th grade. For example I also learned this back when I was in 8th grade. Our school system is not the same country wide although their are basic expectations for what level a person should be at a certain grade.
