✧ Waxed polyester thread 1mm thick (you can use any other thread)
✧ Board with clamp (you can use a cork and some needles or also a flat surface and adhesive tape)
✧ Ruler or tape measure
✧ Scissors

✧ 4mm beads (2 beads for each heart)

💡 Want to save some yarn? Lay the yarns in the following size and position: 90cm-100cm-100cm-100cm-90cm, leaving 15cm at the top of the longest yarns only.
💡 Remember to seal your threads by bringing them closer to the blue part of the flame, it is not necessary to burn them since they melt in the heat.
💡 If you don't have natural beads, you can place any other bead you have, glass, acrylic, wood... they will all look great!
💡 Try to take advantage of any leftover thread you have to make the sliding closure!

✦ WHAT IS MACRAME? ✦
It is the technique of creating fabrics using decorative knots, "the art of tying knots".
Macramé is a word of French origin that means "knot", and which in turn derives from the Turkish word makrama, which in turn derives from the Persian word mikrama... As you can see, it is a very old art, in which only hands are used to do it.
Peoples like the Persians and the Assyrians, more than 4000 years ago, had great mastery and used Macramé to decorate the edges of rugs with knotted threads. Later, the Arabs took it to Europe and later the Europeans to America. The typical Caribbean knotted hammocks were made with this technique.
Macramé has three basic knots: the half knot, flat (or square) knot, cote knot (festoon, cavandoli or cord)... More than 50 different variations can be made from these knots!

Hola 😊 para hacerla de dos colores tienes que colocar los dos hilos guías de un color y los dos anudadores de otro color, en el inicio de la pulsera tienes la posición de estos dos roles.

En vez de la figura de corazón sería la figura de un lazo.

Y estaré esperando su tutorial al ser sobreviviente cada año trato de regalar una pulsera y un folleto para que las mujeres se realicen exámenes de prevención y siempre estoy buscando como hacer las pulseras más bonitas y esa de corazón me pareció muy hermosa pero si además pudiera hacer una de lazo sería mucho mejor.

Sí se explican los nudos, de hecho, si no los conoces tengo un video donde explico los nudos básicos del macramé de forma más detallada. Puedes configurar la velocidad del video si lo necesitas ver más despacio.
