This is the 16th episode of my new 1.18 Hardcore Minecraft letsplay! Innit I Caught Every Mob in Minecraft and Built a Biome for Every Mob!

This series is inspired by Wadzee and Luke TheNoteable Hardcore Minecraft Series, as well as Mumbo Jumbo and Grian on the Hermitcraft server. However, instead of it being Wadzee, Luke, Mumbo Jumbo or Grian, it's actually just sandiction, POG. I like to make Giant Mega Builds, and this is similar to a Custom Minecraft Challenge video, except the Custom Minecraft Challenge is to survive. You could call this Minecraft, But Hardcore.

As some of you have pointed out, there is a drowned spawn egg in my hotbar at 0:45. This isn't from cheating in the hardcore world, it's because I had to re-record the intro.
For this video I wasn't sure how to make an intro that would be entertaining while also setting up the story for the rest of the video, so I created a backup of the world when I ended my last video, and planned on recording this video's intro on the backup when I figured out what to do for it. By the time I figured out what to do and started recording this intro (on the backup world), I actually already had a trident in the real world and was halfway finished the project, but still, I needed to show myself getting a trident for the intro, so I used drowned spawn eggs to speed up this process because *I was playing on a backup of the old world*. After I recorded that part, I deleted the backup and continued on with the project on the real world, so the spawn eggs were only on the backup of the world, and never the real world, sorry for the confusion!!
Anyway, I have a cool build idea for the next video, so watch out for that! I promise it won't take a month and a half to upload this time:))

@@doustau2170 I love sandiction and even so I still find it a bit odd he'd turn and fight a phantom knowing there were two charged creepers behind him, but he does seem to be a little absentminded at times too so it could just be that.

Sometimes if you leave the world and join back it can teleport you back below the nether roof
because he has backups and can just cut that in the editing, when i see how risky he plays, he clearly died multiple times. The fact that he has drowned eggs at 0:45 already shows that he uses commands.

19:50 the only reason that worked for dream is there were other players in the loaded chunks, since it's singleplayer and he left that area the TNT froze in time, only to continue blowing up once you go through. could be used as a pretty cool trap design.

Theres a variant of the mooshroom that has brown mushrooms on it, pretty sure its to do with lightning striking one.
There are a few other rarer variants of certain mobs he didn’t get as well

I envy his patience while dealing with that ghast, I would’ve gave up after 3 or 4 tries of the ghast blowing up the rails repetitively.

I love how the most part when the totem is activated he just said "ok".
Tip: When you want to "pull a dream" like he did. Light the tnt, go through the portal and once you're through, throw an item into the portal. The item will load in the nether and that'll make sure the TNT explodes and then you can go back through.

Even if you nametag a lot of these mobs they disappear. For instance, I cant keep dolphins or squid in my aquarium but the turtles tropical fish and axotl remain. As do the guardians and elder guardian (separate tank).
@@Neville133 they don't despawn, you just killed them on accident. dolphins need air, and squids are dumb. there you go, buddy
@Evolution system the dolphins had air and there was no way the squid could have killed themselves. They were there for multiple hours while i was within render distance but despawned when I was out of range.
@@Neville133 I've had this issue with dolphins too. I'm fairly certain the dolphins are killing themselves by accident. They seem to forget to surface for air sometimes and other times they jump out, get stuck in the wall and die out of water.

@@soysaucestudios3863, you can’t really but that might not be totally true. This is a theory design I’m just thinking of on the spot. Imagine a village breeder that push’s a single villager npc into a kill chamber, and on the other side of the chamber is 1 block high wall with a vindicator. The Vind wouldn’t be able to physically reach the villager so the Vind would summon a Vex to kill the villager. Then the whole cycle starts again as the vex despawns.

I love how the Silverfish can just hide within the stone bricks. I understand that it’s designed to do that, but it’s super cute.
