Savory Mince Jaffles - Your Mom's Favorite Channel

These are so simple to make. And you can put anything in them. And it's a great way to reuse leftovers... Especially curry!
You could also sub the mince with Lentils or Chickpeas.

I do these with left over taco mince or Stagg chilli cans filling. Then dip it into a bowl of sour cream before every bite.

With margerine or butter smeared on the outside of the bread slices, the jaffle just falls out when you open the pan.
