How do I fix Roblox Studio login failed

i sent 3 support messages to roblox support and never got a respond i cleared my cache nothing happened, i reinstalled roblox studio nothing happened, i even tried loggin in on an alt and still nothing.

use command prompt as a administrator then type some commands from youtube then finally use roblox studio as an administrator it will happened with but second time no

maybe try waiting for 1 week or 2 weeks so you can log in back. if it doesn't work I have no more ideas
