    Very nice. Great job! Great video. KBOS can be a little intimidating. Especially with the taxiway layout and the ground controllers.

    Can’t believe they’re still using an eighties voice synth for ATIS.

    Always intreasting watching your video, Nice a clean, crisp audio and video,
    Did you spot you were given a left to 270 @ 8:54 and you readback correctly, but when checking in gave the heading of 280 @9:08, He didnt have an issue with it, so all is good. Nice aircraft. Keep them coming.

    What iPad mount do you use? I’ve been trying to find one that will work, and I really like the way yours looks.

      MyGoFlight Flex Suction Kit. Works very well.

      @@ColinPrengerWhat is it suctioned onto? I don’t see a cup on the windscreen but maybe it’s behind the iPad?

    I landed a SF50 at KISP in this storm
    In X-Plane 11. Flew up from KINT, it was fun

    Since I live in Boston, I was surprised to see that you were at Logan. The Fees, FBO, & Fuel costs are so high for private aircraft. Too many options just outside the City (Bedford being one which you pointed out )

    • @ColinPrenger
      @ColinPrenger  Před 6 lety +2

      Ken Lynch The fees are waived if you buy enough fuel, which we did, but said fuel was expensive. My client (and I) wanted a challenge of flying into busy Logan Airport. And my client’s meetings and events were in downtown which is more convenient to Logan and not Bedford.

      Interesting... I was not aware that the fees could be "waived"; but I am aware of the Fuel Costs.at Signature Logan

    No run-up?

    • @ColinPrenger
      @ColinPrenger  Před 6 lety

      We did, this was a highly edited video. While sitting on the ramp at Signature, we did all the Before Takeoff items except the mag check. That way when we had a chance to stop for 15 seconds we could do it. We did get a hold short instruction along the way that was cut out of the video, which is when we did the mag check.
