Perfect timing. My food just arrived. There is nothing better than watching a Danya speed run video while eating.
I always wait for my food to watch a video of Danya
crispy pizza with corn and cheese. it's like cherry on top

The only way to eat food is with a youtube video playing lol
the optimal way to do it@@danny208YT
Can’t wait for Danya’s KID Chessable course to drop! His mastery of this opening always makes for enjoyable games. I’m currently in the 1300-1400 rating range at age 28 after leaving the chess world when I was a middle schooler back in 2006. So I’m finally at a point where I am recognizing the beauty this opening. It truly takes a lifetime to master this opening the way Danya has and it shows in his games. Idk if you’ll see this but thanks Danya for reigniting an old passion and love for chess. Thanks for the countless hours and effort spent on your part to give us these lessons! 🙏🏾🙏🏾
Sorry I’m not keeping up but did he really confirm that he’s making a KID chessable course?

Danya is getting too much cutass as of late in hyper blitz to upload any more frequently. Wounds take time to heal

He busy :(
He's very busy because of so frequent chess tournaments this few months
I've never taken the time to watch Daniel's channel, only seen him in other chess related channel clips. I gotta say, he's a fantastic teacher, explains positions and concepts extremely well. Definitely subbed
Love these videos danya, I’m glad you still find the time to make them
Patiently waiting for your Kings Indian Chessable course. This was another great informational speedrun video.
I'm so happy you come back thanks
Perfect timing. It is 3 am and I am debugging.
It'd 3am too and I'm buggin

Always love the videos Danya, especially when the openings I play happen to get covered!
i concur with your analyses, well done
thanks danya i had a great time
Thanks for the video Danya!
This video was unbelievably instructive thanks a lot Danya!!
really very informative, Daniel :)
Excellent content as always, Danya! Thank you very much.
I'm so excited for the course
Amazing content, thank you
Literally got home from the airport and just wanted to chill; this showed up on my feed. Thanks Danya!
Honestly cannot get enough of this series. Personal opinion I like the shorter but more frequent 5 minute games
Каждый раз радуюсь новым видео с этого канала .
Thanks, Becky!
Cheers Danya
I hope you continue to use the alapin against c5. It avoids a lot of Sicilian theory and you can’t really bypass the alapin once white plays it. It’s also really dangerous for black and almost no one knows how to play against it below master level.
I know GMs see it as a rather drawish opening but I am just crushing everyone with it :D
Always makes my day when an new Danya video pops up.
thank you - more kings indian please
This series is crack

THE GREAT SENSEI DANYA STRIKES BACK❤️❤️💯💯💯
Love your content. Would be awesome to see some more changes in the opening repertoire, though I get that openings is not the main focus of this speedrun, nor is it all that important at this rating range. I definitely prefer a speedrun that focuses less on opening theory and I think that is far more relevant for most viewers, but still. I would personally love to see Open Sicilian as white and Nimzo-Indian as black. Not sure how many people at this rating level plays the Najdorf or the King's Indian. It's cool to see the Glek system though, I can't remember seeing it much before.
@DanielNaroditskyGM. Danya, you are an amazing chess teacher, I send all aspiring chess players to your videos. I've been playing chess for 27 years (expert player now) and I wish videos like this would have existed when I was learning, unfortunately, all I had was a beat to $hit copy of MCO and an early version of Robert Hyatt's seminal chess engine, Crafty. There are advantages to this approach as I feel like I got a good understanding of the great chess players in history, how the game has evolved and a general sense of chess history, It's no wonder there are so many chess prodigies these days, with great teachers like yourself and engines like Stockfish, the tools that are available are amazing. I can't wait to see how chess changes in the near future, players like Gukesh seem to play alien chess, with little regard for dogma and ruthless concrete calculation, they are changing the face of chess. Again, thanks for all you do, you and Daniel King are my favorite chess analysts and commentators, keep up the good work!
Go Danya rooting for you in the Bullet Championship!
They're always memorable but I still have to go back and rewatch them lol
Where is KID? I see some weird opening (game 1) and Najdorf Sicilian (game 2)
OK. This is game 3 not mentioned in summary :)
Kindly make more King's Indian Defense videos
do your chessable and eat your vegetables was hilarious 🤣, great content as usual
Is it possible we get another speedrun reccomendation like the taimanov, four knights or accelerated dragon instead of the Najdorf?? The Najdorf is just way too theoretical for most people (including myself), and i feel like there would be more benefit from an opening most people can learn more practically
LETS GOOOO
Game 2 was brutal, I will remember that pattern
Babe wake up, a new speedrun video just dropped
let's goooooooooo
Is there a rough date on when the King's Indian chessable course will be available? I'm actually looking to update my repertoire now and this will be a good time to pick up on kid.
You will probably have to pay more, like the ChessUp 2 stuff!! LOL They always market something to the full audience higher than it should be.
@@marcususa capitalism bruh maaan 🤡
@@robdubent Also buyer beware. We already had that scam in the 90s when they sold a 10 cent CDs for 20 USD. Do you still buy CDs or have you wised up and not support the rich? Ticketmaster is now getting sued for the same monopoly tactics. So, no, I wouldn't say it is capitalism. At best it is a very unhealthy one which doesn't promote competition. But if you want to call 500 pound people morbidly obese Olympic track athletes, then I guess it is capitalism. Again, buyer beware, you don't have to buy at jacked up prices. Promote it for one price and for a longer period of time and do it honestly.
Nice, my favorite opening
I will never become a GM, but a man can dream. I can at least be decent thanks to these videos
what if it was Develop Instincts Yourself and then you could call it DIY Speedrun?
Was thinking to learn kings indian and bro casually drops a vid
Am I blind or did he not even play the KID
08:35 innocuous
Thank you, Danya! My night has been miserable; I threw up in front of a girl i admire, I broke two fingers in a silly fight and Real beat Dortmund. You bring me comfort again. Thanks bro
babe cmere danya finally uploaded again
Hi bring a video of sicilion 🐉
Be3 in last game is wild, don't think I've ever seen this move and I've seen some weird moves in KID.
After watching some of your older videos recently, Its pretty odd to seeing your camera quality suddenly improve lol.
GOAT
Kings Indian?
I love you Danya.
The engine move at 39:00 makes me hope for a reconsideration on not playing the Grünfeld in this speedrun, perhaps at least at the higher levels. There is a total of just five Grünfeld games on this channel - an oversight for an opening this good, I believe.
Or maybe I'm just frustrated because I rarely get a chance to play my theory against 1d4 and hold out hope that some of my opponents pick up on some lines against the Grünfeld if they watch you crush unprepared opponents with it. For me, it takes a lot of the joy out of learning theory if even 2100 rated opponents make serious inaccuracies against my lines by move 8. If I'm lucky, I get a main line exchange classical every once in a while, but mostly it's just inferior versions of the already boring Brinkmann attack. The frustration is mounting. (On a sidenote, big thanks to the editor. This channel wouldn't be where it is without you. Also great music!)
Hey Danya it's me, I've been km vacation xD, that's why. I'll be back next week
Does Daniel have a release date for the KID Chessable course?
Christmas in June 🎄
I love the I have to convert in 30s comment in game 3. Especially as I watched this video the day after the hyperbullet finals! 😂
Is focusing on theory as a beginner/early-intermediate not counter productive? I mean, for many games you either outplay your opponent in the opening and need to convert an advantage or you get to an equal middle game and just get mercilessly blown off the board. (Given your opponent in the same rating range probably is better when the middle game starts.)
Almost first..........
39:04 the engine really screams for d5 😂
43:25 still a great opening for anyone below "top level". Strong and fun to play! Also, super easy to get into, you get a development advantage and practice your attacking instincts.
Yaaaaaay
19:25 "Unless there are any questions." How are people allowed to ask questions? This looks like it was a pre-recorded chess class/session where people could attend? How does that work?
He is streaming on twitch and asking for questions in live chat
@@RaskazFirundin Yea, well, I am not waiting minutes for Twitch ads to finish. CZcams lets us see the stream "live". If he doesn't want to take questions from CZcams watchers, then that is fine with me. I am seeing how these chess sites are competing and not appreciating the fans. I have no problem looking at the games, commentary, and annotations post-hoc. 10 years ago we used to be considered important.
i see danya. i click. i happy
Against KID , with whites, what´s the best line ? Thanks
It's the Kings indian attack for white i'm i wrong
It’s weird to see danyas sub count below 1000

Am I missing something or did none of the games feature the KID?
I get this feeling you know that danya hates hikaru for some certain reason.
first
amazing games.. but i suck at chess
Not gonna lie, Daniel, you're looking very handsome!

It's so funny hearing a GM say "ez clap" after beating an 1100
So - where is the KID here? What am I missing?! Edit - OK, I found it. No mention of a 3rd game threw me.
Sucks when you know chess. I was thinking the same. "Wth? No possible way to get to KID from here..."
Hi Danya, can I request to change the board colors to something more comfortable at night? Like a dark color scheme to watch while in bed? Thanks
I find this color scheme very comfortable at night to be honest, maybe turn down the brightness a bit?
@@misterunknown8923 Using lowest brightness. Blue and white is a very bright combo

My Opponents:e4
This used to be Haram hahaha @26:25
lmao
Danya we love ur content, but will we please get a higher elo games they are more instructive and ineresting
Danya: "Naijdorf is theory, theory, theory, theory. You need to know the theory."
Proceeds to play it in speedruns when 99% of people won't play the opening and get absolutely nothing from these games. Not even positional concepts because the games are won just because your opponent doesn't know all the theory.
Did my boy Danya really said haram 😂
just sharing my hate of d4
Ez clap haha😂
I want to preface this comment by saying Danya is my favourite personality in the entirety of modern chess, but playing 1150 rated players in slow time-controls has basically zero instructive or entertainment value for me.
Have you ever considered that there are 1100s that might find this content useful or entretaining?
95% of players are under 1500, so that's actually instructive for the majority of players , they are the main audience and the majority of content consumers
yout arrogant
What’s your elo?
Danya have my babies
Do your chessables and eat your vegetables 😂
"Mastering the King's Indian Defense", from the absence of KID's in this video I deduce that the best way to play the KID is... not to play it in Rapid and Classical :v

The title of this video is a cruel joke
