With overlord he is 100% a meta raid character probably better start than tatsu as mine is level 75 with 6785 kill and it does around 200 k placement

Overlord tecnically would make him weaker cuz he's 5 placement and overlord buff its 325% i think, so you're losing 175% of total damage.
