    My first memory of footballing brothers is Roberto and Dino Baggio from World Cup '94 and I only literally just now looked it up, prompted by this video and found out that they are not related at all!

      The Hassan's were twins and played in the local league mostly in the same clubs Hossam was a striker and Ibrahim a right back

    The title is inaccurate.
    Success is measured by (number AND RELEVANCE of) titles, not by number of games.
    You calling these guys the most successful brothers in football feels like calling a 10th league player the most successful one because he has played the most games.

    Number of national team caps is not necessarily proportional to success, fame and actual quality of play.
    In from this video I'd probably rate Laudrup brothers first, Touré brothers second and de Boer brothers third. One pair of brother I'd add to this list and maybe even on rhe top of rhe list or second are Baresi brothers. Franco and Giuseppe Baresi captained AC Milan and Inter Milan. Franco captained Italy as well and he is one if the greatest defenders of all times.
    But together both brothers only got 99 national team caps.
    P.S. Boateng brothers also deserve a mention.

      They're both nobodies and in today's game they wouldn't even make the B-team. It's just in their time nobody dreamt of playing RB or LB, so the competition for their spot was very low. Even Michel Salgado of Madrid was mediocre, but he bests the Neville brothers in technique and defending. Can you imagine Neville brothers taking the starting shirt off Theo Hernandez of Milan or his brother? Never.
