    A little known fact about the finals match. There usually is about a 5 - 10 minute warmup period for incoming bowlers between matches, Beasley only got about one or two balls due to show running long, hence the difficulty on the left lane

    I get that the left lane the ball wasn't hooking where it needed to for right handed bowlers, but to solve that problem they could have most likely used the spare ball and threw it straight at the pocket. Yes straight balls decrease your strike percentage however even lowering that, their accuracy was pretty great so it would have had more carry and more pin action as long as it had drive.

Like Randy said one shot will hang out to the right and never come back, you make a tiny adjustment and it goes through the face. Been there and there's not a lot you can do. Maybe try throwing a backup ball if you have that in your bag of tricks.

    making up and back adjustments, versus left and right?

    • @PSkyukido
      @PSkyukido Před 5 lety

      Because that's not an adjustment most would make mid match. A move up risks fouling, and a move back means that your new line will likely cross the old line, which would bollock up the movement of the ball
