Played a course right down near Llanelli this year called Machynys. Jack Nicklaus design right on the sea. Not as many vistas as this one but a cracking links course 👍🏼

i found machynys very floridian in its design. play pennard gc if you want a links course from 1-18

Played it twice last year and enjoyed it ... though I didn't like the peninsular as much as you did 🤣. But Nefyn is by far the best course I have played in Wales, and I have played a few .. great Vlog btw keep them coming

i see a lot of comments of play this and that course in wales. pennard gc is a true test of 18 hole links golf in wales. never a flat lie, scenery is amazing, greens complexes are very testing, and the members are very welcoming. just pray it is not windy..............play well.........not one mention of TY COCH inn either on the headland
Played there in April and was as excited as you were about it will go back next year we also played at Porthmadog that was interesting on the links half of the course and great views 🏌️⛳️

Old Head of Kinsale Gaz is very similar views to those you just played , its in County Cork in Ireland , its on my bucketlist here to play
Cullen Golf club North east Scotland is a gem. You should get up here for that.
Get yourself to Scotland…Castle Stuart, Kingsbarns, Castle Course St.Andrews, all brilliant courses with cliffs/coastlines etc 👌🏽

Played Nefn a few years ago, stunning. Porthmadog is really interesting, beautiful parkland front nine, tricky sand dunes and cliffs on back nine, not far from Nefn.
Looks good Gaz but you need to play some courses in Dubai and NYC they are on another level to even this gem
Machynys is a great course to play Gaz
You definitely need to play Tralee, old head of Kinsale and Ballybunion in Ireland if you love these scenery courses
Get down to Porthmadog Golf Course, north wales… scenic
Hey haz just played Chesterton Valley 18 hole par 71 and got a score of 78 really great time maybe try the corse
Try Royal St. David’s at Harlec and Aberdovey GC. Both very good 👍🏻.

We played this on the back end of a storm! Was brutal but loved it
course looks pretty, but greens look shocking, wont lie hahaha
They get burned by the sea salt when the weathers bad. Hard to keep them perfect. It actually closed once for a year or so to repair them after a storm
Get down to Pennard and Langland Bay in Swansea. Unreal cliff top views

Tracian cliffs in Bulgaria is prob. One of the nicest courses in the world. You should def. Check that one out
Castle Stuart I’m Inverness is unreal, get yourself involved

Played it was year in 50mph winds. Wasnt enjoyable at all.
If this is the type of golf you enjoy, right on the Welsh Coastline, you have to come and play Aberystwyth. Harry Vardon designed, for my money the most beautiful course in the country. Never a flat lie, tricky small greens. Proper test to go low. Very blessed to be a member.
Durness is the most scenic course

As a golfer that just started a couple months I go… I don’t know if I’ll ever be good enough to play on these courses lol
It’s fun and you don’t have to take on the over the cliff shots. You can play safe and go with less carry.
@@CarlBroadbentgot some 2021 TM M4 irons coming on Monday so I’m buzzing to get away from the cheap set of clubs I have… nothing spectacular or expensive but there in my price range and once I’ve had a few lessons I might get into a links course, I live in Scotland so plenty around me 😊

Horrible, I played at the weekend in heavy wind and rain, wasn't enjoyable

epic we had a 27 hole comp there leqding after the 18 then got about 7 points on tht 9 😂🫠
