  • We can't believe the cows are already headed back to Colorado. We love this time of year and are excited to get back to the glade as much as the cows are. We sent 5 semi loads of cows and calves this week and will continue the process next week. We had to rope a few runaways and Trason ripped his pants out. Thanks for all the support.

I've cowboyed all my life and I have to say you guys got it going on. I love the amount of riding you have to do. Makes for bullet proof horses, dogs, and crew. Great work.

this reminds me of one time we were shipping calves in the fall and we had 5 loads of steers and 1 load of heifers. the trucks got there at 1 am and parked by the corrals and at about 4 am one driver started his truck to get warm and the truck had an air starter and the calves spooked and broke down the fence separating the steers and heifers. we got there at 5 and had to put the fence back up and then get them all sorted. the old man was not happy with the driver and told them they should've left their trucks running. Trayson I'm sorry but I laughed about your pants. probably wasn't your first pair.

Enjoy the video in the scenery the canyon was great enjoyed the flowers but it's good to see cattle so calm and easy for Desert cattle not chasing everybody and working really good together. Tell Hyde we missed him

    Good morning folks!
I always find it amazing that a Cactus can produce such beautiful flowers. I sure enjoyed the show! I really want to thank you for taking the time to film it. I know it's not always easy running a camera while you're working.
The hat arrived in the mail a few days ago. Thank you! Its very nice.
You folks have a good day.

I met a guy named Demitry at my work. He said he rides with you guys. He was wearing one of your 1880 Drifters hats. It was a Blue and White hat with Red Lettering. That's how I met him a cool and nice guy. He told me to tell you guys I met him. I met him yesterday on Saturday June 1. The cattle look very good healthy and delicious. Do you guys have any full time Ranch hands who work for you guys there on your ranch? Have you guys done any Rodeoing when you or your boys were younger? Do you guys personally drive your cattle to the Feed Lots? Good looking Paint Horse one of the cowboys is riding.

Hey Ty, great to hear from you. Demitri is a long time family friend. Him and his wife come and ride with us every chance they get. They are great people. Honestly our cattle need to be moved to fresh green grass, they are looking a little burnt (if that makes sense) We do not drive them to the feed lots, we have them trucked by a local trucking company. We do hire day work through out the year as we need help. Thanks for watching and have a great week.

Hi Ronald, great to hear from you. I went up for the first time about 2 weeks ago and the pond was full and running over the spillway. Everything held but I am going to have to take some rocks and reinforce that spot. it was leaking a little bit at the bottom of the patch we put on it. But it did not break, so I was super thankful for that. I will show some video of it the next time I am up there. Thanks Ronald, have a great week.
