    I feel guilty about everything. By that, I mean regular things and nothing major where I should feel guilty for good reason and growth.
    I know that's worse than neutrality. Why do I have such a block? I feel like I'm not staring at a wall but sitting with my back against it.

      Maybe you have done something bad to someone and don't remember about it now or maybe you are being dishonest with yourself or someone.
      I used to feel guilt emotions too and started working on myself by first accepting my mistakes and doing what's necessary.🤍
