If you can afford a degree from University go with a degree or you can do a two year diploma from the good colleges like Seneca , George brown , Sheridan , number or Centennial college or you can do a diploma from small provinces like Manitoba or Nova Scotia go there for easy pr after PR your can complete your studies from big universities with low fees

Both are great choices. UBC being in top 3 is preferred but check where you are getting the great program in your budget.
