In this case, there were people who actually made fun of and criticized the singer/guitar player Ryo after he lost weight, saying they preferred the old version of him. If you look in description of that video, you will happen to see an actual English description of what the video is about! I have no experience with the Japanese language but from going deep into the comments of that video, I discovered that this song can be nicknamed as “maximum the hormone II.”

while the song grew on me on subsequent listenings,i still think that's it's a bit more "showoffy" and less flawless in those changes of genres than previous stuff..some are definitely too much and the song doesn't flow as well as some of their other songs.
