I'm thinking I could order one, ship it to America ($600 I checked), change it to meet us standards and still have money left over. These people need to think about doing the work there then shipping it to customers in the US. They could still make some money.

this bike is half the price of the Honda off-road 125cc Cub, I'm sure a big bore kit will soon be available for this engine taking it up to 150 - 190. . .
I'd rather buy a Honda XRM 125 here in my country it can perform the same with the PG-1 perhaps even better with a more affordable price. BTW the Honda XRM is also exported to New Zealand as a farm bike.
Because in many countries there are licensing and registration advantages to 125s. In the EU, for example, you don't need a motorcycle license to ride a 125.
I called several Yamaha dealers in Houston, Texas area and was surprised that they never heard of this bike. I wanted to order two of them and they are NOT in the U.S. yet or maybe not at all ! A waste of time advertising bikes on You Tube that are not even available in the U.S. ! CLICK BAIT CRAZINESS !

I know you comment is old but...CSC Wolf 125 Trail (1995$ 410$ set up and 495$ shipping in US) shipping starts in the fall of 2024. Other option is Honda 125 trail (much better bike than the Yamaha and CSC) but also 4100 MSRP and then tack on dealer fees...if you can find one.
