it's a shame I haven't heard of Hot Mulligan before a few months ago. They truly make the best emo/poppunk in this generation. No other band just came out into the emo scene 10 years too late and just absolutely kicks ass. Every song and every album is just exactly what my ears ask for. It reminds me of hearing an emo/punk song for the first time in 2008. Just brings in the nostalgia and it gives me absolute joy.

Then I slept 5 hours, chugged milk, got the boat over to Southampton and watched you play the last date of the UK tour.
Thanks for laying bare all of my worst fears about approaching 30 and losing my friends to big life milestones! I’m sad now and you’re amazing! 10/10

I like the song but every time I listen to it it fills me with existential dread
I ditched houses at 31, got a van for Christmas. That all started a year ago end of this month. Who I am today closer to who I've wanted to be than I've ever been.
I spend more time alone/with my dog than anyone else. I have friends but most of them live in other states. And I'm almost where I'm enacting my goal. Move to a different metropolis every 3 months.
Ditch houses, buy a van, and just send it.

Basically I have my issues, but I don't hate myself so much these days. And I've learned to accept who I am not who other people think I should be.
