@@keshavgrower I suffered from some health issues(liver infection)that year, was even hospitalized for some time. That took me some time to recover and by the time I was back at school I just wasn't able to cover all the syllabus. Thankyou Bhaiya please guide me.
No worries, this is exactly what you have to say in interviews. Also mention that in grad you recovered, worked hard and got a decent percentage. This is completely justified since you had genuine issues . you just have to use the right words .

Considering all these factors which all New & Baby IIMs should I aim for?
You have a really good profile & a really good job already. If I were you I would target old IIMs or some of the new ones. My main target would have to be in old iims & get the top 10-20% package.
Because in reality for you the mba fee would cost Fee+ 2 years of salary & it would be risky to go in younger iims.
Bhaiya aapka 10th or 12th me kya score tha or kya NCERT se hone ka koi farak padta h cat ke exam per ....? Or ha aapki salary kitni hai ye bhi batana plz 😊
10- 9 cgpa , 12-81%. Ncert would surely help if your basics are not good
