Philippine and US engineers install water tank at Looc Elementary (San Castillejos, Zambales)

Construction of a new potable water tank for engineering capabilities at Looc Elementary, Barangay Looc, San Castillejos Municipality, Zambales, Philippines, March 25th, 2013. The Philippine-U.S. alliance serve the basic civic needs of the local population by helping to rebuild local communities across the Philippines. Balikatan is an annual Republic of the Philippine-U.S. military bilateral training exercise and humanitarian assistance engagement. As a signature element of our nations' robust alliance relationship, Balikatan will take place in the Philippines from April 5 to 17.
