I love love love that you did this comparison! Its so genius how you put the products from one into the other! I needed this video and was debating between the two (although they just came out with a newer version of the FP MINI. The update includes longer straps, an insulated interior pocket, and and a bumped out front pocket). I wonder if that would make a difference for you. I’m leaning towards the FP but can’t get the FD out of my head cuz I appreciate the interchangeable straps that I can use as a purse if need be and half moon zipper no annoying flap. But I don’t like how the pockets are so tight and small. The interior does look roomier. So I’m still undecided. Which one feels more secure and doesn’t move around as a backpack for when you bend down to grab the baby or items? And if you would have overstuffed the FP at the end would it have closed? Thank you!

Sorry just reading this!! They both are secure, i do like that the FD is easier to get into than the flap of the FP. I haven’t had an issue with them moving around much, if i had to pick i would say FD because it’s a bit bigger. Also what i fit in the FP was everything i could anything else would make it hard for me to zip it up. If you did add anything it would have to be super small. Hopefully this helps 😊

I like the equality of the fawn design better. I’ve sold these two since, but i miss the mini fawn more.

I have been obsessed with these videos lately because I just want to make sure I’m making the best decision with diaper bags. I was close to getting the FP until I saw the FD. I read that the FD is heavy. Can you feel the difference between this & FP? Also how is the leather on it holding up.

Just seeing this so sorry for the late response 😅 it is heavy the leather between the two is different and the weight is noticeable. I heard some complaining that it was too heavy but tbh for me it doesn’t bother me even the original. They are both holding up well! I’ll add that the FP i haven’t used much. Thank you! I appreciate it so much!
