This was definitely interesting, so far I've met nice people but I know that wont last. At least, there is a mute button to lessen harassment. In any case, why don't you ask them about how they think voice chat should be tweaked to improve upon it? I personally think there should be a volume slider for ingame sounds and a separate one for voice chat. Also, ask them if they've experienced harassment thus far and how have they've coped with it.
