不好比较rafel和jf17block3。。因为中国通信行业，芯片行业，火箭等航天工业的强大，所以，jf17block3的klj7a雷达很先进，跟与美国f35雷达差不多。。pl15强于流星和米卡。。。但是受困于小小的体型和一台发动机，jf17机动性不好，发电量小。。所以，面对rafel时候，rafel因为更大的体型和两台m88发动机，拥有更强机动性和更大的雷达功率。
所以，这种情况下，jf17block3和rafel谁能率先发现对方，并开火获得胜利真不好说。
但是，有个关键问题是，巴基斯坦可以自己生产jf17。。印度只有36架rafel。。如果双方战斗机全部损失后，印度无法短时间获得补充。巴基斯坦可以源源不断制造jf17并取得优势。
为了保险起见，还是使用zdk03预警机，远距离发现rafel，引导pl15消灭rafel就行。
