As for the end, unless private matches are bugged, in the game settings you can set "Allow revives" which allows players to be knocked. Thou it can set the game to limited lives. Also good to hear your doing better.

Dude glad you’re okay! I had the exact same thing over my birthday and Christmas for like 3 days. Literally same symptoms, basically passed out by the time I got to the e.r. Makes me think it’s something viral going around. Felt like literal death for a couple days

I don’t know if something is going around where I had the exact same thing. Woke up out of my sleep, had bad diarrhea and vomiting to the point of dry heaving and sweating out a bunch of liquids. Only thing that helped me was smoking a bowl to stop the nausea so I could keep liquids down and just been slowly recovering the last couple days. I hope you feel better soon and I’ll be praying for a speedy recovery
