I have a theory about the primarch system: basically, there is an secret team in charge of maintaining it and they also refrain from talking about it or allowing anyone access to any information about the center location or anything else with the hq being undercover. They also ensure the best security for the system so no one can abuse it which is why not even governments know anything about the system.
Hopefully I’m not on a list because I’m looking up CZcams videos of people on the dark web just out of curiosity, I’m definitely not actually going to do it because that’s way too risky 😭

You know, the dark web is really interesting, I've never visited it but some stuff that was in the video was strange but interesting (not the gore or similars). Also it interests me the functioning of the dark web, like you talk about levels, but how it works? And how you know at which level you are? How you get access to a level from another? Last year I got to level 3.4 ~ somehow ~ and found a ton of websites full of real videos of people in a bunch of different wars recording themselves torturing and/or murdering people. The videos looked like they were filmed using a potato but other than that most of them were full color and were good enough quality to see exactly what was happening. I’ve seen so many people dying in movies, but never real footage. The real stuff was certainly a little different to the movies but surprisingly not nearly as inaccurate as I thought they would be. Also, I don’t know how to describe it, but the real videos just felt more… Real.
Btw it took me almost an hour of digging and I have no idea how I managed to get there or why I decided to search for it. It was like some crusty search engine but only for these gory websites. I was only 11 years old when I found it btw. I had nightmares for a few days but honestly it was more just this adrenaline that I managed to get onto a place like that.

(do not actually do this, I am not encouraging or promoting hacking in any way)
You'd need to hack into those levels probably because they are so dark. I do not recommend doing this, but you can get to level 3 with Tor, and your probably gonna get on a list if you look up anything over level 3 so DON'T ATTEMPT TO DO IT. (But a lot of them are made up or fake)
