Nice bro ! I am about to swap mine too. So all you did was losing the top screws that holds the bumper and just yank out the top portion to have room to pull the headlight out ?
Yes, but if you want to make it much easier on your self take off the bumper

Brian what program do you use to programming the LCI2 IKON LED ? I have a BMW m3 F80 need your help thanks
I did it with a coded bro that knows how to do all that
Programmers uses E-sys , its only available on windows and You can program yourself but you will need good german translator since bmw is german car . When you launch E-sys, everything will be in german and no there is no way to switch to English

I got my oem ones from bmw, but sometimes if you do it through bmws website they have discounts
