All my friends are moving out and getting married, I'm wathcing a 31 year old man talk about groceries for 90 minutes. Not only am I watching it, I'm completely engrossed and invested in it, cheering on my own personal favourite groceries. Life's all about balance.

You know what's actually amazing? This video is such a shitpost bt Ryan does it with such dedication and conviction that you can't help being actually interested in what he has to say.

I have watched this man on CZcams for the better of 12 years. I think the egg has officially lost his mind.
I had a harsh realization while watching this. I'm spending MY time on my day off watching a 30 year old man rank grocery store items. Thousands of years of evolution lead me to this.
We all could be doing something useful or improving our quality of life right now (fixing unresolved issues, learning new skills) yet here we are, spending 1.5h watching a random canadian man that we'll probably never develop a meaningful friendship with sharing his opinions on stuff that will never affect our life in any meaningful way

Kale over Spinach? You've gone too far this time my boy
Spinach is the beginner tier in green leafy vegetables. It's versatile, doesn't taste very "green", is cheap, tastes ok raw. But man, steam yourself some kale in season, it is delicious. I am looking forward to the seasons of specific kale varieties throughout the year and even go to different organic shops if they don't have it or it is not good.
I ascended to eating green leafy vegetables every day and kale is king.

@@G33KST4R Molases and Cane Sugar are both healthier options than refined sugar. Whilst yes still sugar they offer actual nutritional value in minerals etc.
@@RygartARTB Agreed! Apple sauces aswell. He ranked refined sugar S tier for baking purposes or sweetness in receipes, but there are so many alternatives in sweetening that are not sugar like Mollases, Apples and bananas (especially cooked), dried figs and dates.
