it's a series called "asheghane" which means a love story. it has several love stories as you see in music video but the main story is about "Soheil" and "Pegah" which had a fight. pegah is a very very rich girl who marries guy from downtown (soheil).

it's not a love triangle ! The couple in 1:58 are married But because they had a baby in the past and then accidently while they were having this fight in between, The man pushes his wife and the wife who was trying to surprise his husband of having a baby, actually loses the child in the first place and doctors (she is a very rich medic herself !) say that you cannot have any children ever, now this matter makes them really cold with each other.
the other guys in 1:31 are step brother/sister (the sister who is abandoned by the brother's father because father was ashamed of having another wife and to tell the truth to his family. Thus he keeps it secret and tries to keep his daughter away (Unwantedly because he loves her anyway!) by paying her a lot of ransom! like periodically ! ) and when she Intrusively comes to father's office for more. the family suspects the father of having a shameful second life so the brother in 1:31 starts investigating and ... finds a sister! after a lot of doubts and Q & A 😁
the couple in 1:39 are gonna pretend they are marring but have no interest in each other and the boy just wants to migrate to America (after winning the lottery) with the money that he inherits and the precondition is marriage! but he is in love with the driver girl in 4:10 but she gets herself killed in a reckless driving over a prize ... OK I'm tired .. 😂😂😂
