Haha that story of the reverse smurfing is legendary.
They did increase the cost of prismatics by 250 gold, but you also get 500 gold now on the stat shard rounds. You use to get no gold on those rounds, so it offsets the cost and then some.
Id love for them to boost the gold item and gold passive to 250 gold, you should be rewarded for trying to use them for that part. (stuff like GP passive, TF passive, the crit execute pistol and the aoe explosion ap item)

In regard to Lethality - yes, if you have 69 Lethality I believe that now means you just ignore 69 armor. Riot finally made it so Lethality is just flat scaling, so you get what you read on the tin.

Honestly, I hate the new map. It completely ruins the tempo of the match. More often than not, you have 2v1s because someone got stuck on another island. Or you have the 2 teams akwardly staring at each other because the only feasible way of engagement is gone for 5 seconds.

Bro got manamune the first round but didnt get manamune > frozen heart when he had darksteel lol. Thornmail, DD, Randuin's, or the one armor prismatic, all woulda gone pretty crazy too. Perhaps a FON for the ahri/azir then bam plenty of onhit and tankiness. Maybe a cleaver
