2:14 dude…HAAK is not even for beginner. In recent updates they give a “kid mode” to help some people who are experiencing difficulties. Basically that game is difficult 😅😅
Thats why if you're beginners you can choose the difficulties level to easy 🥲
Also, Shadow Complex should be on this list.

So, I just tried Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom. That's not a game for beginners. That's not even a game for veterans. It's being unfair and punishing. Momodora IV and V are hard, but at least give the player the proper tools to move around and fight back. Same with Minoria. I'd even suggest Momodora V (Moonlit Farewell) before Monster Boy.
Beginners? Many of them are difficult....if a beginner plays monster boy he ll never play other platforms/metroidvania...
How difficult would you say is Monster Boy for someone who can clear "Bloodstained - Ritual of the night" on hard? Does its difficulty come more from combat or from the platforming? I like what I'm seeing on the tin, but am not a 100% sure if it's a game for me.
@@RoadKamelot2nd but in monster boy you cannot choose difficulty modes....from volcano levels on it s an hard game...who can play and finish bloodstained in hard mode is a beginner? Don't think so..

@@RoadKamelot2nd play it. It s a masterpiece even if it s not really a metroidvania. Difficulty is most on platforming and there are also puzzles. Anyway is one of the best platform game ever. Graphic, ost and gameplay are all great.
Did nobody else notice that the narrator's "accent" gradually disappears over the course of the video?

Start with hollow knight and every other metroidvania is ruined, hollow knight is the greatest game ever made
