Wood in Asia like Bangladesh is very famous product and necessary things almost in every house. People required wood for making furniture, making wood house, making firewood and other daily activities.
Wood furniture is very popular in Bangladesh like Sofa, Amirah, Chair, Table, Bed etc. and people like to make furniture with Teak wood, mahogany wood, jack fruit wood, rain tree wood.
People can easily buy wood from local wood cutting sawmill and the wood price is almost same at every sawmill in Bangladesh. People can also buy tree from different people and sawmill and cut the wood as per their requirements.
The wood cutting price in sawmill is almost same in everywhere. The price per sft. wood cutting is around $1+-. As per user requirement sawmill craftsmen shape wood and cutting wood.
Sawmill wood cutting craftsmen or wood cutting team in Bangladesh is very strong and energetic and powerful as well. They lift heavy weighted wood easily and stand by saw blade before cutting. The wood cutting team salary is very cheap but they can sell the excess wood side and get money. Their salary is around $150 per month.
The wood sawmill naturally have a handmade pushing van which used for wood movement from ground to sawmill table. First the wood lift to the van and puss the van by sawmill craftsman and unload wood from the van.
The wood sawmill blade is very powerful and dangerous as well. The way how wood workers work is very dangerous to watch but they are used to work here and sometimes incident happens. The do not ware any safety shoe, globs, glasses or any others tools.
There two types of wood sawmill machine available here. One is diesel machine and another is electric machine. Most of the cases electric sawmill machine found here. When load shading happens wood workers wait for electricity for cutting wood again.
The sawmill opens at 11:00 AM every day and ends 10:00 PM and day off is Friday.

It’s not teak! Teak has big broad leaves in singular stem. This trunk had small bunch of leaves all crowded in a branch. The wood resembles a variety of jacaranda called “chakunda” in Eastern India.

The drive belt and pulleys needs a guard, the saw blade needs a guard, the operators need suitable clothes, protective footwear, ear protectors, dust masks, safety goggles, gloves and push-sticks.... Apart from that it's a safe working environment.

Guys, since when you do this work in this primitive way there in this sawmill, stop suffering, it's simple, make two cars with rails, put one on one side and the other on the saw bench, one pushes the wood and the other receives and stop suffering

Dudes are using blocks of wood as a cutting guide and you want to know why they don't have a roller table?
They use the fence more than I thought. Commented before I saw it. The setup they have is really expensive. A roller table or cart wouldn't cost much compared to what they already have. They're also using some type of liquid lube instead of wax. No one have a bee hive around there?
