- Hello everyone!! I've been making videos about my life at Erasmus University since I started in my first year and I have received so many DMs saying these videos have helped a lot and I'm always so happy to hear that!!
Today I'm here to sit down and share with you all some tips and info from my experience regarding the course structure, accommodation, transport, and social life here in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Which will hopefully answer some of the DMs asked and make coming to this uni a less intimidating decision for future first years!!!
If you have more questions feel free to leave it in the comments, I'll try my best to respond!! Also, check out my other videos if you want to see the campus or student accommodation tours and vlogs !! Enjoyyy

Thank you andre!!
Really helpful!
Love your videos 🤭
when does the housing portal open?
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! I have 2 questions and i’d be glad if you answer them
1: Can I get any scholarship in this university?
2: Can I get a job either on or off campus during my studies?
There are scholarships but you have to apply for them and they are quite competitive I believe! And of course you can get a job on/off campus depending how you structure your classes and workload!
Your video is very useful to me😁😁! Thanks for sharing your life😘. But I am still worrying about the discrimination issues. I am from Asia too so what is it like?
Hey girll!! For the time I've been here I have never really faced any sort of discrimination, especially within the Uni!! Everyone at Erasmus is super open to different backgrounds and the people I've surrounded myself with have all been amazing towards learning new cultures, foods, etc which I really appreciate!! So this was not an issue in my experience
Great video thank you so much! I was just wondering, I myself take IB too, but did you have to mention your IB predicteds in your application, or was only applying with a transcript and an SAT in my case enough for the academic aspect of things? Along with the motivation letter of course
I applied with my predicted I believe and then sent in my final score when I got it during the process too!
Would u say 2nd year is easier than 1st year?
yes
