so a birds eye view of RBM is that sponsors are now leaving internal site staff to match source documents to crfs and the CRA , now freed from doing that can go to the site OR visit site remotely and essentially make sure not only that the site staff IS doing SDV but also to make sure things like SAE's and the like are being properly documented and addressed?
