Dianne tell Joe there is a reset button down by the handbrake. I own a cooper s version of the same age mini. The light can only be reset by that button. You have to start the car then push and hold the button down until the light changes colour then switch off the ignition and when you restart the car the light should go out.
You should go to York . Beautiful city full of character . The shambles is very quirky ,with the ghost walks they do . Steeped in history you would love it X X
God I seem to take the kids there every year. Love the whole place and you can see King Henry and Anne Boleyn walking the corridors or dancing in the hall, or watch the food being prepared.
Your parents are so lovely Dianne l can see where you get your kindness and lovely personality from, in fact your whole family are great so warm and welcoming. Take care lovely and wishing you and Joe much happiness xx❤️
Thank you guys sooo much for taking me back to my roots! I'm a moonraker by birth if Joe knows what that means! So wonderful to see beautiful Wiltshire again haven't been in England for a long time wonderful vlog Dianne.. Dorset as well is a wonderful county! xx
Really loving these vlogs with your parents, they are such lovely people. Other picturesque places in the Cotswolds to visit with your parents would be Chipping Norton (near to where Jeremy Clarkson has his farm, they should watch his series on Amazon Prime) in Oxfordshire and/or nearby Bourton on the Water and Stow on the Wold in Gloucestershire. There’s also an amazing garden centre in Burford, near to Chipping Norton that you would all really love.
You should take your parents up north you will maybe need a couple of days in a hotel and possibly fly up to leeds/bradford Airport .Hire a car and visit York, Haworth, Harrogate, Ilkley, The Dales. Whitby, Amazing places and all so close to each other but so different. x . xx

A wonderful Tour of the Cotswolds especially Castle Combe. I love the fact your parents are up to trying Everything I hope your dad gets his bangers and mash I suspect Joe’s dad could make that happen. I know at some point your parents are going to meet the rest of Joe’s family especially Ottlie. Thank you for sharing your journey it’s truly lovely.🤗🙋♀️
Lovely vlog 😊 I feel like your parents would love Chatsworth house and some of the villages and towns in Derbyshire, like Matlock and Bakewell, but obviously that's a bit of journey from where you are. I would also say the Lake District, but that's even further at the opposite end of the country haha. Closer to you though, I feel like they would love Dorset, it's my favourite part of the country to visit!
Hi Dianne, your parents might like the Norfolk Broads, there are some beautiful houses with thatched roofs alongside and I recall from watching a reaction video there is an ice-cream boat that goes up and down the waterways.
Absolutely love your vlogs, and so lovely for you to create such lovely memories with your parents! Not sure how far you want to go, but so much to see around Shropshire. Everything from the Ironbridge in Telford, to Costford air museum, Blists Hill Victorian town, Ludlow, Powys Castle, and Shrewsbury is so quaint and beautiful. Would be lovely for a couple of nights away! Xx
Love your family so much. Your mom seems so reserved and then you hear her say “I’m going to hug all of the trees” and my heart melts (I think it was in part 1). So sweet.
COOMBE ABBEY IN COVENTRY. Beautiful Abbey, lots of grounds to walk along. They do a lovely afternoon 🍵 ☕ 🫖, think you have to book though. Has a lot of History.
Fab block, take them to Chester in the north-west of England it has a lot of history and some pretty gardens also it’s just on the border of North Wales which has some stunning little places to visit
If you want quirky then come to Glastonbury!! You will love the witch and wizard shops full of incense and crystals and goodies!!! While you are down this way you could go to the Bishops Palace gardens in Wells which are beautiful and a 10 min drive from Glastonbury. You also have Glastonbury Tor to walk up for views of the Mendips and Moors!
@@lydiaball9245 yes completely agree! I hope they see these comments and have a think about it or google some of the locations we have recommended at least. Diane would be in her element!! Her parents would probably like the reclamation yard in Coxley too for looking at garden bits and bobs!
Loving the vlogs with your Mum and Dad Dianne. Thanks so much for sharing these. I lost my parents 6 years ago, so I find it really therapeutic watching these lovely parent and daughter videos. x
you should come to the otherside of the cotswolds near bourton-on-the-water and the slaughters there is lots of history and they are very cute little villages. you would definatwly find a good bangers and mash!!

You should take your parents to Exbury Gardens in Southampton/New Forest. It’s a bit like a mini version of Kew Gardens and it’s stunning there. There’s also a mini steam train! X
You could take them to Haworth, I'm Yorkshire. It's the home of the Brontes, a very famous family of authors. It's a very small quaint village, with steep cobblestoned roads, beautiful moors and so much history. They have lovely shops too.
I would suggest North Dorset, Cerne Abbas. Great for a laugh on you tube would be the Cerne Abbas giant. Very near by you have sherbourne which is very quaint. I live nearby and it's beautiful 🤩. Not too far from Wiltshire so Joe could visit his family too..
Newark is a fabulous place to visit. There are tonnes of museums, an air museum dating back from the 1st and 2nd war, which your dad (a.k.a Mark) would absolutely love. Plenty of airfield planes to see and indoor hangers. Takes you a good ammount of time to get around because of its vastness. The staff are so accommodating. They just naturally give you input even when they dont have to. They are so passionate about it and it shows. It drips with past information and so well presented throughout. My daughters are more fashionistas than Top Gun navigators, and even they were blown away by it. I highly recommend this place. Has a cafe also. The town itself is so quaint and cobbled in a lot of its town's centre. Dianne! You must check out their charity shops! They are in abundance and so quirky! Trust me. Beautiful tudor style pubs, and not overly busy. It is literally like the Jamaican lifestyle in the near middle heart of England. Loved this vid BTW. xxxx
Take them to Portchester Castle in Hampshire. It's so pretty and right by the sea. You can also go to Southsea nearby. There's also Portsmouth with our dockyard where you can walk around old war ships. You can also see the remains of the sunken Mary Rose ship. There's a lot to see in the Portsmouth area.
If you are up for the drive you must visit Clovelly in North Devon. It is a really old little village with spectacular views of the sea. It is very steap though but really beautiful.
Glastonbury is as quirky as you can get , full of crazy shops like witchraft and things like that. Dianne I'm sure you would love them. Also there is always the glastonbury tour walk which has lovely views. Bit of a trek but loads of things to do around this area. 💕
Try the very pretty village of Alfriston which is close to you and go to the best pub for lunch The George Inn. And then do the Cuckmere Valley (also close'ish to you) do a walk around the valley or beach and then Sat Nav it to The Plough Inn for lunch, also great food. xxx
Stourhead national trust gardens, there's parr in the garden that was in pride and prejudice film. The NEWT in Somerset, day out at Longleat safari park/house and garden. Or have you taken them actually into Bath the city? Recommend a double decker red bus tour around the city and the thermal spar xxx

Also renting a narrow boat for the day on the Oxford Canal is an amazing experience, especially dealing with all the locks.
